Ceylon Cleaning Service Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Ceylon Cleaning Service ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the customer ("Client," "you," or "your") for the provision of cleaning services in accordance with the guidelines set forth by NSW Fair Trading.

1.2 By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

**2. Services Provided**

2.1 We will provide cleaning services as agreed upon in writing with the Client. The scope of services, including frequency, type of cleaning, and any special instructions, will be detailed in the service agreement or work order.

2.2 Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be discussed and agreed upon in writing by both parties.

**3. Payment**

3.1 The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the cleaning services as outlined in the service agreement or work order.

3.2 Payment terms and methods will also be specified in the service agreement.

**4. Cancellations and Rescheduling**

4.1 The Client should provide a reasonable notice period for cancellations or rescheduling of services.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $200 if the client cancel same day.

**5. Liability and Insurance**

5.1 The Company will exercise due care and professionalism while providing services. However, we are not liable for damages arising from normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or acts of third parties.

5.2 The Company holds liability insurance as required by NSW Fair Trading guidelines.

**6. Complaints and Disputes**

6.1 Any complaints or disputes regarding the services provided should be reported within 48 hours from the date that service was completed.

6.2 The Company will strive to address and resolve complaints in a timely and fair manner.

**7. Confidentiality and Privacy**

7.1 The Company and its employees will treat all Client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent.

7.2 Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws and regulations.

**8. Termination**

8.1 Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement.

8.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches any terms of this Agreement.

**9. Governing Law**

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.

**10. Changes to Terms and Conditions**

10.1 The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be notified of any changes.

11. Additional Charges for Property Condition Discrepancies

11.1 Ceylon Cleaning Service reserves the right to charge an additional fee if, upon arrival at the property, the actual condition of the premises differs from the initial condition description provided by the Client during the booking process.

11.2 Discrepancies may include but are not limited to excessive clutter, presence of biohazards, hazardous materials, or conditions that significantly impede the cleaning process.

11.3 The additional fee will be communicated to the Client before any further services are rendered and will reflect the additional time and resources required to address the unforeseen conditions.

11.4 The Client has the right to accept or decline the additional fee. If the Client declines, the Company reserves the right to modify the scope of services accordingly.
